Health Coaching sessions are 1:1 sessions that include the following:

  • The Discovery Call: a new client Health History is completed by you, in which we review your current eating habits and health goals and see if we are a good match!
    • The Initial Health History Assessment:  (90 minutes) A thorough investigation and review of your current eating habits and lifestyle. We review goals and then outline a tailored plan just for you.
    • Follow Up Sessions: Based on topics covered, there will be 1-3 suggested diet or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals.Together we build on habits from the prior session with fun “homework” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.
    • Final Session: A total review of Progress and Achievements: You will also leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!

The Deep Dive

The Kitchen Makeover

Approximately 3 Hours: Can be in person or virtual

What’s in the Cupboards?

During this session, we will work together to go through the food items in your fridge and pantry to see decipher what is healthy and good for you, what is “blah”, and what you need to DITCH!

We will make lists of the best options as well as get rid of all the detrimental foods that are taking up space away from the good stuff! If it’s not there you won’t eat it. This session is about purging and cleansing as well as an uplifting and a rebuilding your pantry into a sacred food sanctuary.

This experience will give you the knowledge and tools to make better choices for you and your family. Guilt free choices that are without negative consequences. Suggestions will be made to upgrade your pantry, so you are stocked with “treats” and no “tricks”.

What to expect during your Makeover:

  • An in-home clean-out of your pantry & fridge
  • Discussion of what stays, what goes, and why
  • A Suggested “Makeover” List upon completion

The Grocery Shopping Experience

1-2 Hours: Can be in person or Virtual, and in a Grocery, Health Food Store or Farmers Market 

We all eat to live but we can truly live happily and healthy when we make the right choices in what we eat. And it all begins with what we bring home to make for ourselves and our families on a regular basis.

The grocery store can be a completely daunting place, with so many choices and many misleading marketing “Natural” or “Healthy” foods. Being in the food industry for 20 years, I know how difficult this can be! 

During this Shopping Experience we will go aisle by aisle, and item by item to find the best and healthiest choices for you.

We also explore healthy and delicious alternatives to those foods that you love that may not love you back.
