It is the magic we make in the everyday – in the breath before a hard conversation, the card pulled that names what you couldn’t yet say to yourself. It is ritual and symbolism made real: not spells cast on the world, but a practice of tuning yourself to it.

Shana is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, yoga and meditation teacher, certified herbalist, past-life regressionist, and intuitive soul coach with more than 17 years of experience in holistic healing and wellness.
Her approach blends grounded guidance with intuitive wisdom, creating a supportive space where healing can feel both practical and deeply meaningful.
