Five Tips For Manifestating….

Connect to your Inner Vision

Using your Intuition and Deepest Desires to Manifest Your Dreams

Have you ever found yourself pondering over your deepest desires, visualizing how you want to express your life, and asking, “What is it that I want to attract and manifest?” It’s a concept that might seem bizarre to some, and one that is often met with a lot of doubt. This is especially true when it comes to the belief or concept of manifesting or attraction. You might have heard of “The Secret,” Abraham-Hicks, or Gabby Bernstein, and thought it all sounded a bit too “woo-woo.” However, it’s a concept that is definitely worth exploring.

Regardless of your personal beliefs, manifestation can be an incredibly useful tool for achieving your dreams. Whether you see it as a blueprint for action or a method of bringing your desires to life, the practice holds true value. And the best part? Its applications extend far beyond just achieving your goals – its principles can be applied to many areas of your life.

But what is manifesting? What it truly mean? There is actually science behind it!

The Science of Manifestation: Turning Dreams into Reality:

Have you ever wondered what manifestation actually is? Believe it or not, science provides an answer…

Manifestation can be defined as the process of bringing your desires and thoughts into reality through the power of the mind. Many people believe that manifestation is a supernatural or mystical process that cannot be explained through science. However, science has proven that this is not the case.

Through the study of neuroscience, psychology, and quantum physics, scientists have discovered that manifestation is a result of the power of the mind. Our thoughts and beliefs can have a profound impact on our reality, and by focusing our thoughts on our desires, we can bring them into existence.

Furthermore, scientific studies have shown that positive thinking and visualization can have a significant impact on our mental and physical well-being. By focusing on positive thoughts and emotions, we can reduce stress and anxiety, boost our immune system, and improve our overall quality of life.

And so, manifestation is not as “ Woo- woo” as we may have previously thought. It is actually a natural phenomenon and by understanding the power of the mind and focusing our thoughts on our desires, we can bring them into reality and create the life we truly desire.

Remember, the journey of manifestation is unique to each individual and may take time and patience. But with dedication, perseverance, and a little bit of magic, we can turn our dreams into reality and create a life that we truly love.

Use your Desires and Biggest Generative Feelings:

Desire fuels creation; it’s the reason we find pleasure and even fulfillment in all things from food, to intimacy, to happiness, self-expression, and even our connections. Through our yearnings, we uncover more about ourselves, about others, about life itself. Desire lies at the core of our divine urge to progress. But, why do we desire what we desire? We each have specific desires that conjure up deep feelings within us. These feelings make us feel good, naturally.

Navigating based on how you feel steers you back into the flow of your core energy source—that’s where clarity, joy, adaptability, balance, and brilliant ideas reside. Choosing these positive feelings propels us into our roles as true creators.

Manifestation is a powerful tool that can help you bring your desires and dreams into reality. While there are many techniques for manifesting, some of the most effective ones are often overlooked. Here are five tips for manifesting that will be sure to can bring you closer to joy:

  1. Release attachment to the outcome: One of the biggest obstacles to successful manifestation is attachment to the outcome. When you are too attached to a specific outcome, you create resistance and blockages that prevent your desires from manifesting. Instead, focus on the feeling of joy and fulfillment that you will experience when your desires come to fruition, and trust that the universe will deliver the best possible outcome for you.
  2. Use visualization techniques: Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your desires more quickly and effectively. Take time each day to visualize yourself already having what you desire, and feel the emotions associated with that reality. This will help you align your energy with your desires and attract them into your life.
  3. Practice gratitude: Gratitude is a powerful energy that can help you attract more of what you desire into your life. Take time each day to express gratitude for the blessings in your life, including the ones that have yet to manifest. This will help you stay in a positive vibration and attract more joy and abundance into your life.
  4. Set intentions with the moon cycles: The moon has a powerful influence on our emotions and energy, and setting intentions during specific moon phases can help you manifest your desires more effectively. For example, setting intentions during the new moon can help you manifest new beginnings, while setting intentions during the full moon can help you release what no longer serves you.
  5. Incorporate music, movement and dance into your manifestation practice: Music , movement and dance are powerful tools for raising your vibration and aligning with your desires. Incorporate upbeat music and movement into your manifestation practice to help you tap into the joyful energy of your desires and attract them into your life.

By incorporating these five unique tips into your manifestation practice, you can bring yourself closer to joy and fulfillment in all areas of your life. Remember to have fun, stay positive, and trust in the universe to bring you the best possible outcome.

Discover Your Inner Wisdom: A Beginner’s Guide to Intuition and Feeling Your Vibes

Discover Your Inner Wisdom: A Beginner’s Guide to Intuition and Feeling Your Vibes

In astrological terms, this is the start of a new year. We go from the heavenly and spiritual energy of Pisces; the slow watery sign that dreams and imagines, that is not so tied to this earthly plane as it is to the next, and lives half beyond the veil, to the Aries’ abrupt, rising, warrior energy.

Most of the ancient and modern astrologers agree that the year’s wheel is a metaphor to the lifecycle. We start out as babies with the high intensive energy of Aries, and make our way until we are in our later years (i.e. months) with the ending of the year in the wise, twinkling and elder spirit of Pisces.

The Aries temperament is similar to a young child’s in that it is fresh and vibrant, it has no fear, it goes after what it wants, it cries when it doesn’t get it -but- gets right back up again! This temperament may get angry, however, Aries has taught us to use that anger for production, and never to hold onto it.

…There are various other cultures and traditions that attach characteristics, emotions, energy, colors, and, even, taste and sounds to these transitional times. But, the majority would agree that this is the most impactful time of year, full of metamorphoses and change: the time leaving winter and entering spring. The opposition of these two seasonal energies create a vortex of possibilities in each of our lives…

“Find Your Why and You Will Find Your Way”

It’s so important to KNOW without a shadow of a doubt what FILLS YOUR CUP and keeps your heart smiling, even when stress is out of control and sh*t hits the fan.  It’s times like these , we get thrown off track, get hit from the side, lose the wind from our sails. Too many of these blows, can knock us down for the count.  But there is always a way to get back up. And sometimes that means finding your true north, seeing what is important and going the distance.  Getting back up means getting in touch with your ‘WHY’

2022 taught me a lot. It was tougher than I thought it would be , wasn’t it?? After all we’d been through in 2020 & 2021 most of us thought 2022 would be a walk in the park. But honestly- I don’t know anyone who felt that was.

The world was maybe only very slightly calmer- at least from my perspective- but my inner landscape was vexed. Things came up , situations changed, and topsy -turvy feelings became the norm. And this was the universal sentiment that seemed to rock our worlds- both outer and inner but mostly the former.

There were some larger energetic shifts that impacted us all, but, regardless of that, we all felt the awareness that there was still work to be done. This made me realize: sometimes things happen at their own speed, in their own due time. I am not in control, even as much as I wish I was, or as much as I try working hard to be. I can’t force anything- life can change and impact us -on a macro or micro scale – at any moment. It just is what it is….

And now I truly get that. My son having difficulties has really shown me how we can’t force things to happen. He is going at his own pace, not one imposed upon by me. He is doing the best he can. All I can do is pray, set intentions and ask for help when I need it. BUT I can’t force him on any level to go any faster to do any “better” even though my WILL, my ego might want him to.I need to be in the FLOW. The flow of my outer life and unexpected circumstances that may arise, as well as my inner life- flowing with my feelings, thoughts, passions and purpose- as well as my shadow side.

What do Geraldo, Poop, the iPhone & Meditation have in Common?

Our thoughts are a function of our brain. Some thoughts are good and useful to us, and some are not. WE are the LISTENER of our thoughts. I know this is a bit confusing but here’s the deal -we hear our thoughts. We are our consciousness – we are our soul- we are our inner knowing but we are not our thoughts – they are only a function of our brain.

Discover Your Inner Wisdom:

A Beginners Guide to Intuition and Feeling your Vibes

Ready to tap into your inner guru and take your spiritual journey to the next level? Intuition is the secret weapon of the soulful and you’re itching to unlock its power. Whether you’re seeking guidance in your work life, personal growth, or relationships, your intuition is like a compass that can point you in the right direction. Connecting with your inner voice will empower you to start living your best life and be supported along the way…

Understanding Intuition

Intuition, often referred to as our ‘gut feeling’, is a powerful tool we all possess. This secret superpower helps us navigate life’s twists and turns, guiding us towards choices that just feel right. But how do we sharpen this innate talent and use it to our advantage? Let’s take a deep dive into the mysteries of intuition and discover how to harness this epic skill in our everyday lives.

Strengthening Your Intuition

Strengthening your intuition is like tuning a radio to the right frequency; it requires practice and patience. Start by building a relationship with your intuition using what you already know brings you joy. Hold an object close to your heart, one that you know supports you, and ask your intuition if this object indeed brings you happiness. Listen for a YES or a NO. It sounds simple, yet it is a powerful exercise to tune into your inner voice. Make it a habit to journal how you felt during this process. This practice helps to create a baseline of how it feels when your intuition speaks.

Repeat this exercise a few times a day until the voice of your intuition is clear and strong. Remember, this is not a one-time activity. The more you practice, the more refined your intuitive skills become.

Expanding Your Intuitive Practice

After a week or two of this exercise, start expanding your practice. Begin asking your intuition about something else, something you are unsure of but has little consequence. Stick to YES or NO formatted questions. For example, “Should I have tea or water?” or “Should I bring my purple sweater on my trip?” This practice not only helps to hone your intuitive skills but also assists in making daily decisions.

After a few weeks or a month of this practice, you can start asking bigger and bigger questions. By this time, the answers from your intuition should be clear. If they are not, there’s no need to rush. Hold off and ask at another time, or reword the question. Make your questions as specific as possible to get clearer answers.

Mastering Intuition

Once your intuition starts communicating regularly with you, it’s time to answer more open-ended questions. This step will help you understand the depth and breadth of your intuitive wisdom. Keep a journal of what you hear and keep track of your outcomes. This practice will not only strengthen your intuition but also boost your confidence in your intuitive abilities.

Remember, intuition is a personal journey.Your intuition is a personal adventure, a quest to trust your inner voice and wisdom. It’s time to ditch the need for outside approval and trust the process. Embrace the power within, and take the adventure of unlocking your intuition 🙂

Word of the year: FLOW
