Flow: to move with the current energy from one place to another

Flow is a word I’ve always loved. A “vinyasa flow”, “go with the flow” “flowing with someone” “In the flow” are all things, actions, ideas that really resonate with me.
Yet, during this crazy time-I have felt the need to control more, to try harder, to move faster.It didn’t seem very effective.
I think everyone felt the heaviness of 2022. There were a lot of cosmic energies at play that made this so but we all had high hopes. After 2020 & 2021- it was suppose to be easier!!
Yet- that was not the universal sentiment.
I think many of us just feel wiped out.
'Do your best and then let it go.’ This philosophy has been one that I have long touted but it really was called into action this last year especially at the end of he year.
And doesn’t that just mean flow? When you try, and you do, and you love, and you act- then surrender and FLOW with what comes back to you.
So I’m writing this word on pieces of paper, and carrying it around with me. I am writing it in notebooks and placing it on mirrors. I’m going to make a mind movie (what’s that?!? DM me for dets and upcoming workshop!)
